Cannot find the referenced massage guide for the pressure point massager.

Hello! I just bought a Gaiam adjustable massage roller at Target.I followed the instructions on how to download the massage guide but cannot seem to do it. It keeps sending me to the short video or to other products. I am sure I am missing something. Can you please send me the downloadable massage guide. My poor aching muscles need a little relief.
